Technical description of the premises

Recently refurbished and modernized industrial premises meeting cutting-edge manufacturing and logistics standards.
All offices are thermally insulated and have got double glazed insulated windows with PVC aluminum frames. There is 380/230 V wiring and supply of drinking and utility water, all of which with a possibility of being gauged separately. The entire complex is climatically stable during the summer with no need of air conditioning.

Floor in the halls:

New ferro-concrete poured cantilevered floor, smoothed, reinforced, dustless, with epoxy coating.

Heating:

There are two types of heating in the halls – hot air heating or hot water heating (Sahara), adjustable by thermostats with separate gauges. Offices are equipped with hot water heating with new highly efficient radiators and electronic regulation with thermostatic valves.

Offices:

The floor is covered with ceramic tiles or glued carpets. Offices are equipped with telephone cables, distribution network and possibility of internet connection.

Adjacent premises and areas:

  • approx. 2000 sq m parking area with a new asphalt surface,
  • roofed drive-in premises for trucks or material handling.
